Too little, too late for Ruth Atkin. Her death will not go quietly into the dark night as the soul’s of her perpetrators will. As with both class action cases of systemic mental health abuse before the courts today, Montreal Experiments and St. Thomas Class Action - addressing wrongs committed 40+ years ago - we are dealing with the same wrong thinking from an embedded crowd of hysterical community accelerations in our present times that enabled such atrocities. Not this time. Thank you for recognizing the sacrifices and courage of individuals like myself and my sister, who faced the reality of life under the abusive confirmation bias of Mental Illness head on. Although I warned everybody of her vulnerability and spent my public campaign trying to separate her from predatory narcissists on line - MK Ultra Ann Diamond (Ann McLean) & Kimberly Jardine - and in real life, no one stood up for us. And now she is dead. My position remains.
As Ruth’s guardian litigant in on going local and national cases, I am committed to bring justice and honour to our lifelong struggles, honouring the legacy of our late parents, John & Jane Atkin (nee Crunican) and our late brother Michael, against systemic medical kidnapping hysterical accelerationists and the layers and layers of wrong that delayed and denied our human rights, including from family and friends. No stone unturned. No breath wasted.

British Columbia Human Rights Inquiry
The intention of our community was not to protect my vulnerable sister. They were, in fact, exercising their power to discriminate against us openly, with impunity. As the inquiry outlines, over 300 people have been unlawfully captured into the mental health system since 2018 in BC.
As I suspected, the Act was wrongly interpreted by community groups and hysterical accelerationists as reasoning to destroy her life and mine. That backfired when she chose to kill herself rather than deal with her so called friends badgering her. Additionally, the same campaign to destroy me did not work because I know my rights and can stand up for myself. Despite the lies, rumours and gossip that swirls out of the mouths of the wicked, my reputation is solid among normal people.
Charges of harassment & stalking causing wrongful death, loss of privacy & discrimination in relation to a death are pending as our cases wind through the criminal and civil courts. It didn’t have to come to this, but here we are.
Results of the Inquiry
I wonder if now is not the perfect time to expose more of the CIA’s involvement, oversight, and financing of the MKUltra program in Canada. The Canadian Supreme Court is probably regretting its October 2023 decision to give the US immunity. The EU threatened to release “tell all” documents on the US in response to threats of economic war and waning support for Ukraine. This would add legitimacy to American survivors. Right now, we are completely suppressed under surveillance and monitoring. I can’t imagine I’m the only MKUltra survivor in the US living with this. How many child sex slaves does a President and his cabinet need? I think the world is really fooling themselves if they believe the only MKUltra survivors on the planet are in New Zealand, Canada, the UK, and Belgium.
