At long last, the families and victims of MK Ultra & the CIA mind control programming are having their day in court in Montreal Quebec Canada. This is the certification hearing, also known as prescription hearing in Quebec, that allows the court to decide whether there is enough grounds to proceed.
Jeff Orenstein, the lawyer for the case, does a smashing job of evidencing, arguing and witnessing how 7 decades of cover up for the horrors enacted upon survivors and their families occurred. He evidenced how the oft touted Cooper Report used to finalize the government position on the matter was a sham.
Dozens of disseminated points were made clear, one being that a lawyer for the Government was a business partner of Cooper himself which is conflict of interest.
Jeff sites the indisputable merits of multiple cases that allow for the same conditions we are asking the court to recognize for us. Jeff explains how the psychological state of FROZEN (flight, fight or frozen) disabled the ability of the victims to act, for decades. Indeed, husbands, fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles were completely incapacitated to an astounding array of broken mental emotional and physical conditions.
Jeff explains how the shame and guilt of the stigma of mental illness prevented the families from acting in defence of their families return from the Allan Memorial Institute inclusive of the fact that they themselves found the ravings and assertions of the victims attributable to mental illness rather than the truth that we now know. Jeff argues that Dr. Cameron's methods were considered quack even at the time.
He sites that even the CIA admitted Dr. Cameron’s methods were whack. Jeff successfully argues that multiple parties signed off on inspections and funding of Dr. Cameron's work. Cameron did not work in a vacuum.
Victims and their families of Dr. Ewen Cameron et al, know all too well the psychological , mental, emotional and physical effects of patronizing, depersonalizing, gas lighting, harassing, bullying, victim shaming, character assassination, sensationalizing, sound biting, pigeon holing, DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse, Victim, Offender) for REAL victims and their families of MK Ultra torture.
We are REAL PEOPLE, not some fictional characters in a TV show. Time for justice. I think they are finally getting it. Bravo Jeff.
CTV was the only station at the court house. CBC missed the mark, but called me the next day with a sprite young producer for As it Happens asking for an interview which I declined based on the years of opportunity they had to tell the real story. She said she has been aware of my story for years. CBC is Canada's version of PBS in the states. It is funded with our tax dollars. They often take the approach of being the authoritative voice of the people when more than half of the population do not want to fund them and what many people believe is their liberal propaganda.
