We are collecting 500+ handwritten signatures to present to Members of Parliament. Every signature is a step toward justice.
2. Where to Collect Signatures
Public parks
Busy street corners
Farmer’s markets
Transit stations
Community meetings / local events
Outside libraries, universities, or places of worship (with permission if needed)
3. Things to Say (Sample Script)
“Hi, we’re collecting signatures for an official petition to our MPs calling for justice for victims of psychiatric abuse. Would you like to support this effort by signing? It only takes a moment.”
If they ask for more:
“This petition will be delivered directly to Parliament.”
“We need 500 signatures within the next few weeks.”
“Every signature helps give victims a voice.”
4. Rules & Tips
Sign only once (duplicates may be removed).
Only Canadian residents may sign official parliamentary petitions.
Do not pressure anyone — participation must be voluntary.
Stay respectful and polite, even if someone declines.
Keep petitions clean, legible, and organized.

FOR A PUBLIC INQUIRY INTO UNETHICAL PSYCHIATRIC EXPERIMENTS AT THE ALLAN MEMORIAL INSTITUTE (1943–1966)
We, the undersigned residents of Canada, call on the Government of Canada to immediately launch a full, independent, and public inquiry into the psychiatric experiments conducted at the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal, beginning in 1943. These experiments caused widespread harm and were supported by Canadian institutions. The time has come for full truth, recognition, and accountability. We demand that Parliament act without delay.

Demand A Public Inquiry into The Allan Memorial Experiments
Both Lawyers for victims of the Montreal Experiments Alan Stein and Jeff Orenstein have endorsed Hans Dybka’s petition for a formal inquiry into the mind control experiments that went on at the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal at McGill University.
The petition keeps the ball rolling for victims that may or may not qualify for either court case presently but still need and want answers. The importance for everyone in the present day is to create accountability in the psychiatric profession which is still today, sorely lacking.
Please print and sign the petition and mail it to Hans so he can present it to his MP who has agreed to put it to the house in the fall.
