Lana Ponting was Dr. Ewen Cameron's patient in the 1950's. She was gang raped by him and others at 16, had a child, forgot the whole thing until the tireless efforts of other victims and their families made noise. 2 years of her memory after the Allan Memorial nightmare were wiped. Now, at 84 years old, she is the plaintiff in the Montreal Experiments Class Action Law Suit.

FOR A PUBLIC INQUIRY INTO UNETHICAL PSYCHIATRIC EXPERIMENTS AT THE ALLAN MEMORIAL INSTITUTE (1943–1966)
We, the undersigned residents of Canada, call on the Government of Canada to immediately launch a full, independent, and public inquiry into the psychiatric experiments conducted at the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal, beginning in 1943. These experiments caused widespread harm and were supported by Canadian institutions. The time has come for full truth, recognition, and accountability. We demand that Parliament act without delay.
