In November 2016, I found my mom in 2 more public domain style trauma based mind control non consenting guinea pig visceral depictions: A still in the 2009 movie called Push and a video clip in a music video for a Canadian emo band.
MK Ultra trauma based mind control writers Fritz Springmeier and Cisco Wheeler estimate there were/ are about 2 million mk experiencer victims - Implied non consensual under the law. A lot of us are dead. My mother is dead.
She didn't put her name on any of the legal actions initiated while she was alive. People were still getting the ex gratia payment of $100k from the Canadian Government after heading to court each time, paying a lawyer each time and signing a non disclosure each time until Alison Steel’s case blew up via CBC in 2017.
The one hundred thousand dollar ex gratia payment for victims of the Montreal Experiments in Montreal would have gone a long way towards alleviating the poverty and suffering my mother went through. She died in 1999 after trying to go home to her family farm to live out her final years. Instead she got hustled off to the psyche ward.
Why did her family not help her? “She was depressed. We work.” they said. She stood out in her family as talented and beautiful.
“In the early 1990s, the federal government provided compensation to 77 victims but turned down more than 250 because they weren't tortured enough, applied too late or because they couldn't produce medical records. Stein has represented individual survivors since then, in some cases successfully arguing against the government's initial rejection of claims.
One successful case involving survivor Janine Huard in 2004 came with a tough pill to swallow — in order to settle her own lawsuit, Stein was forced to drop a class action lawsuit.
Huard was among the nine victims to receive compensation from the CIA in 1988, but she was rejected in an application to the Canadian government. She hired Stein to fight for a review of that decision and had also wanted to be authorized to institute a class action in her name.”
My mother meets my father in 1959 and three months later they are married in St. Jean sur Richelieu Quebec Canada. They met at the mental hospital. He is at his first teaching job at the military college there. He is an English Professor.
My father has mental health issues surfacing about 16 years old. He goes to St. Peter's Seminary in London, Ontario but is soon at a hospital psyche ward - the diagnosis - nervous breakdown. He was also at St. Thomas mental hospital as well. They knew this while my sister was condemned there decades later.
It was like my father was fighting internally with consciousness transfer imprints. He often looked completely disassociated staring hard at a spot in front of him like he was under a spell or listening for instructions. Then he would jerk his arm out like he was punching at nothing to express his rage without hurting one of us, which he would do other times.
My nutsy, aggressive, intellectual, sexually repressed screw ball of a dad had my mother under some unspoken sinister threat. After listening to hundreds of survivor testimonies, kids get accessed by dark lab operators if their parents did.
I can guess that my mother might object to us kids used in the same dark lab style experiments she had been in. She tries to commit suicide right about the time of this grade 2 picture. She had no power over my father. This is how she acted out. My sister does the same thing. Negative attention they call it, but in my family it is mortal terror attention.
I was really not happy in that shot. It is obvious that I am stressed out with a fake smile. Disassociated they call it. My mother went to the Clark institute of Psychiatry (now CAMH) in Toronto at this time after going thru a stint in North Bay shrink facilities.
My father was looking after us, hiring and losing housekeepers to help / do all the work. Finally we settled into an older Lithuanian woman name Ella Luomo. Her old husband fondled my crotch when he took me for a tractor ride. My sister concurred.
I was 7 years old in 1969. I remember walking to church on a Sunday while my mother was away after the suicide attempt (we also went into foster care for a bit). I could not run when I tried. I would have not noticed this symptom of the dark op/ dark lab/ hoodoo drug scopalomine if I had not tried to run.
Unfortunately there has been less official resolution for victims since 2017. The 2 legal actions for Montreal Experiments victims have derailed under legal, perceptual and organizational obfuscation. Several original Dr. Ewen Cameron victims have died in the 5 years the campaigns were launched. There has been no word of any compensation since 2017 for anyone. The spirit of the media, the public and the courts in 2017 indicated that it is high time to deal with this blight on Canadian history fairly, squarely and swiftly. What happened?

There is an internationally coordinated law suit being mounted for cases like mine and targeted individuals. It is all the same source but shelled in various guises, church, state, education, military. You will have to participate to be involved. I will publish something once a basic framework in set up. There are many groups set up already. You'll have to do your own research. best.

London and Windsor are epicenters for this programme. My father's family is from Windsor and my mom's is from London. My second cousin, a retired nurse, told me when she did her training most of the psyche patients were coming from Windsor to her hospital in London. Apparently my mother began her psyche treatments in London and bopped between there and Windsor and Montreal as one of the victims of the sleep therapy programme at the Allen Memorial. I think it is fair to say that something is very wrong with Ontario and Quebec. You can bet the queen, the nazis and the jesuits have everything to do with it.

Do you have any information in regards to the mind control operation being currently employed in and around London Ontario Canada? I don't know if anybody has publicly come forward to share their experiences yet,but I'm a subject/survivor of the various methods of psychological experimenting that is currently taking place in and around the London and Windsor area.
